The Hey Day Market, part of the state-of-the-art Tony & Libba Rane Culinary Science Center, opened August 15th as Auburn University students, faculty, staff and others returned to campus for the fall semester.

There are eight Hey Day Market vendors plus a student-led test-kitchen that lets AU College of Human Sciences students see what it’s like to build a kitchen from the ground up.
