More About Flying Biscuit Café
From here on, what we share is based on the Flying Biscuit Café’s own story.
As the story goes, the first café opened in June 1993 in Candler Park on the east side of Atlanta. Their signature fluffy biscuits sold out within four hours that day.
Now, 28 years later there are about 25 locations across Georgia, the Carolinas, Florida, Alabama, and Texas.
While the menu may vary based on location, they all have original fan favorites among local additions. Menu staples include the famous biscuits, scrambled eggs, signature sausage patties, grits, waffles, chicken, pancakes, burgers, bowls and more.
