Spill the Tea
Are you familiar with bubble tea? If not, you will soon have the chance to sip on this unique beverage that originated in the 1980s in Taiwan. There is no shortage of flavor—or flavors—with this fresh-brewed tea featuring milk or fruits and chewy tapioca pearls.
Kung Fu Tea strives to be “fearless” in their approach to this authentic drink. They brew fresh tea from Taiwan tea leaves at the perfect temp every three hours. They cook standard bubbles, soaked in sweet longan honey, every two hours.
Kung Fu Tea in Auburn will be the second Alabama location for this New York City-based franchise. The first Alabama location landed in Huntsville, opening for business in January. However, there are more than 300 locations nationwide.
The Menu
Kung Fu Tea in Auburn will feature signature boba teas, slushes and coffees. For newbies to bubble tea, start with a more classic options such as Kung Fu Milk Tea, Mango Green Tea or Orange Green Tea.
