We’re not surprised that Forbes has taken notice of The Depot! Auburn and Opelika residents have loved the restaurant’s Southern seafood for quite some time—and it’s obvious that Forbes agrees. In their article, they interviewed The Depot’s sous chef, Rob Courtney, and got his recipe for fresh grouper.
